Simple pricing for driving schools
One monthly subscription per school, priced by the number of instructors who teach. Pupils are free, and so are office staff who don't teach.

How billing works
- Sold per school. Each school has one monthly subscription, billed by card through Stripe.
- Sign up and manage billing on the website. You set up your subscription and manage billing on the Discenda website, not in the iPhone app.
- Pay only for instructors who teach. Pupils are free. Office and admin staff who don't teach are free. Trainee instructors (PDIs) are free until they pass ADI Part 3, then they become a paid seat.
- Add or remove an instructor whenever you like. Your next bill is adjusted for any part month.
- Pupil payments go to you. Pupils can pay online by card straight into your school's own Stripe account. Your school is the merchant, and Discenda adds no fee on top of Stripe's normal fees. You can also keep recording cash and bank transfers yourself.
- Prices are what you pay. No VAT is added.
- Cancel any time.

Pupils, non-teaching office staff and trainee instructors (PDIs) who haven't yet passed ADI Part 3 don't count towards these numbers.
Questions
Who counts as an instructor? Anyone at your school who teaches pupils on Discenda. Your first instructor is £8 a month on the founding offer or £12 on standard, and each extra instructor is £6 or £7.
Do trainee instructors (PDIs) need a paid seat? Not while they're training. PDIs are free until they pass ADI Part 3, then they become a paid seat.
Do office staff cost anything? No. Office and admin staff who don't teach are free.
Do pupils pay for Discenda? No. Pupils are free.
